Order Processing Time

Shipping Charges

Order Dispatch & Tracking

• Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
• Tracking updates are managed by the courier partner and may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Delivery Guidelines

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
• Pure Protein Labs is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
• In case of repeated delivery attempts or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be marked as undelivered without eligibility for refund.

Packaging & Condition

• All products are packed securely to maintain product integrity.
• Minor external packaging damage during transit does not qualify for return, replacement, or refund if the product seal remains intact.

Damaged or Missing Items

In the rare event of receiving:

• A wrong product, or
• Missing items

Customers must:

• Record a clear unboxing video
• Raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide supporting photos and order details

Claims without an unboxing video or raised after 24 hours will not be considered.

Undelivered or Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, Pure Protein Labs may, at its discretion, initiate a replacement shipment. Refunds will not be issued.
