Pure Protein Labs deals exclusively in health supplements, nutraceuticals, and consumable wellness products. Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of these products, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

No Returns / No Refunds

Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Products that are opened, used, or partially consumed

  • Products that are tampered with or unsealed

  • Customer dissatisfaction related to taste, smell, texture, or personal preference

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer

  • Results not matching individual expectations

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

  • Minor packaging damage that does not compromise product safety

  • Change of mind after order placement

Once a supplement is sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene, safety, and contamination risks.

Replacement Eligibility (Only)

Replacement requests will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Missing items in the shipment

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Mandatory Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory

  • Photographs of the outer box, inner packaging, and product must be submitted

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

Claims raised after 24 hours or without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or shipping has begun
