Order Dispatch & Tracking
- Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
- Tracking updates are managed by the courier partner and may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
Delivery Guidelines
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
- Pure Protein Labs is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
- In case of repeated delivery attempts or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be marked as undelivered without eligibility for refund.
Packaging & Condition
- All products are packed securely to maintain product integrity.
- Minor external packaging damage during transit does not qualify for return, replacement, or refund if the product seal remains intact.
Damaged or Missing Items
In the rare event of receiving:
- A wrong product, or
- Missing items
Customers must:
- Record a clear unboxing video
- Raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide supporting photos and order details
Claims without an unboxing video or raised after 24 hours will not be considered.
Undelivered or Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, Pure Protein Labs may, at its discretion, initiate a replacement shipment. Refunds will not be issued.
Return & Refund Information
No Returns / No Refunds
Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Products that are opened, used, or partially consumed
- Products that are tampered with or unsealed
- Customer dissatisfaction related to taste, smell, texture, or personal preference
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Results not matching individual expectations
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners
- Minor packaging damage that does not compromise product safety
- Change of mind after order placement
Once a supplement is sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene, safety, and contamination risks.
Replacement Eligibility (Only)
Replacement requests will be considered only in the following cases:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Missing items in the shipment
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Mandatory Conditions for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory
- Photographs of the outer box, inner packaging, and product must be submitted
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
Claims raised after 24 hours or without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or shipping has begun
