At Pure Protein Labs, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing us at support@pureproteinlabs.com.
- Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been shipped.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email, along with photo/video evidence.
- Upon approval, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Orders returned without a valid reason.
- Items returned without prior approval from our support team.
